Abstract

Total quality management is the assurance of quality in the respective field and e-commerce is the buying and selling online. Online sites should and have implemented quality tools that results in better productivity and customer satisfaction. E-commerce is the most frequently used term in many companies because it assures quality control and quality assurance. Quality is controlled and assured by implementation of quality management.
