Abstract

Doppler velometry supplements ultrasound biometry in multiple pregnancies for detection of the growth-restricted fetus. Fetal Doppler abnormality may precede alterations in growth and allow early identification of the at-risk fetus [32]. © 2005 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
