Abstract

Project Knowledge Management can contribute to the identification and analysis of necessary, existing and lost knowledge and processes related to the capture, transformation and sharing of knowledge. The first stage is the diagnosis, in this work carried out from the Knowledge Audit that aims to diagnose a situation where knowledge is maintained within an organization, identify existing knowledge, who holds it, where it is, its flow and how it is managed. The study was carried out in the Ceu Azul team, which presents high complexity in its innovative aircraft construction projects for competition. As method is used documentary research, interviews, focus groups and process mapping. The results showed that applications such as these can contribute to the organization's perception of its knowledge needs, based on its existing processes and knowledge, identifying individual and team knowledge, bringing a vision in the organizational context as a whole and guiding the acquisition of knowledge and recognition of their needs.
