This paper’s work collected the OCO-2 observation data and four TCCON observation sites’ data at the same time (2014.9–2015.8). Through the design of a data’s space matching method of latitude and longitude, the complicated netcdf files were processed. We extracted simplified data set from netcdf files and dumped them to the common format files. In the latter part of this paper, we compared the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of atmospheric CO2 concentration data which verified the uncertainty and rationality of the satellite observations and the ground observations.
