Abstract

On the basis of the sociological concept of generations, the article describes the doctrinal and ideological characteristics of the generations of professors of Political Law who commenced working in the period between 1940 and 1960. The contribution of Pablo Lucas Verdú to Spanish Political Law is closely studied, highlighting the legal orientation he bequeathed to his conception of the discipline.
