Abstract
This chapter discussed emotion regulation and its role in a wide range of anxiety disorders. The chapter begins with the foundations of emotion regulation in anxiety disorders. Approaches to evidence-based assessment and cognitive behavioral treatment are discussed. Future directions are highlighted.
