Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. The primary objective of this systematic review with network meta-analysis is to evaluate and compare the benefits and harms of first-line therapies for adults with advanced renal cell carcinoma, and thereby produce a clinically relevant hierarchy of therapies. The secondary objectives are to maintain the currency of the evidence and provide continuous updates by using a living systematic review approach, as well as to incorporate data available from CSR.
