Abstract

In this paper, a novel Independent Component Analysis(ICA) using Smooth Discrete Wavelet Coefficients is presented. Discrete Wavelet transform is an important time-frequency analysis tool and it particularly suitable for nonlinear signal. Independent Component Analysis using Smooth Discrete Wavelet Coefficients is suitable for dealing with non-stationary signal. And simulation results have shown the method is feasible. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
