Abstract

The first purpose of this article is to describe a real estate course entitled "Real Estate Marketing," which is based primarily on the experiential learning model. The second purpose is to provide detailed information about the development of real estate courses using the experiential learning model. The course provides a balance between academic knowledge and applied marketing experiences by using structured experiences with specific goals to help students understand the marketing of real estate.
