Abstract

The article aims to affect the human performance field's approach to return on investment (ROI). The authors believe that it is imperative that Human Performance Technology (HPT) practitioners include ROI measurements in their initial business case. It discusses the significant advantage of adopting a systemic ROI approach. It provides an example of using ERP data systems and the ROI as a foundation.
