Abstract

The article presents reader's poll on the counter service offered by restaurant industries in non-Western countries. It mentions that the consumers welcome food labels that depicts the calories, salt and fat contents of the food in China. It states that the consumers in Great Britain and the U.S. wants transparency in food source.
