The study on the internal diameter measuring system for the small bores

Abstract

For measuring internal diameter of a bore for Φ25 ∼ Φ 37mm, the measuring method was proposed on the internal diameter measurement for a small bore by the grating sensor with data processing technology. The rating sensor was specially improved because of the small internal diameter and the reliability for automatically detection, the construction and measuring principle is described. More, the measuring accuracy of the system is verified by experiments. The results indicate that the measuring accuracy of inspecting system is superior to ±0.005 mm. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
