ESTUDO DE PERMEABILIDADE EM ROCHAS FISSURADAS E CARSTIFICADAS DA REGIÃO DE NEUE WELT, ÁUSTRIA

Abstract

The main goal of this investigation was to search for a mathematical method to describe hydrodynamic conditions (permeability, filtration speed and hydraulic gradient) in karstificated and fissured rocks. The chosen method, based on the identification of fissure-groups mainly responsible for the karstification process, has been developed by Kiraly in the jurassic formations of France and Switzerland. In the present work, this method has been applied in karst-areas 40 km SW of Viena, Austria.
