Abstract

This article presents a method to generate conjointly topological graphs representing interdependent telecommunication and power networks. The method proposes to use a single basis, possibly random, as the common input of independent graph generation algorithms, allowing to apply different rules for different networks while preserving dependencies and interconnections' realism. It allows to generate heterogeneous networks and is evolutionary. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
