Abstract

Outlines findings from the Wave Direction Measurement Calibration Project (WADIC) at the Edda platform in the Ekofisk field during the winter of 1985/6. Six of the 920 records were selected for a wave kinematics study. Results indicated that directional, Gaussian, linear wave theory fitted the measurements quite well. (C.J.U.)
