Abstract

Cerebellopontine angle epidermoids although slow growing congenital neoplasms are of considerable neurosurgical interest because of their close adherence to cranial nerves and brainstem. We describe our experience of 18 patients operated by microneurosurgical technique in our institution to analyse the functional outcome following Ceresurgical excision.
