Abstract

One set of experiments studied the combined effects of pesticides and fertilizer. A second set studied the combined effects of pesticide applications and fish introduction on an experimental farm. Results suggest that pesticides applied at recommended levels and intervals in ricefields are seldom deleterious to the beneficial microorganisms, invertebrates, and their activities. -from Authors
