Abstract

Innovation explores untapped intellectual human resources, as demonstrated during the Industrial Revolution and in the globalization. In the 21st century, the final goal of such innovation is to redevelop the human resources that senior citizens can provide. The author proposes a multi-generational collaborative framework that utilizes these senior resources.
