Abstract

Fatigue is a common, under-recognized, and poorly treated symptom in Parkinson’s disease. Not much is understood about its pathophysiology and specific treatment is still lacking. Several fatigue scales exist, but the lack of a validated definition of fatigue makes it difficult to study. Here, we present two cases of fatigue in PD patients and discuss its prevalence, diagnosis, and management.
