This study aims to determine, examine and analyze the influence of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at The Luxton Hotel Bandung. This research uses quantitative method with analysis descriptive and verification. The number of samples is 74 which is the total number of the entire existing population. The results showed that by the descriptive variable work environment is in a good category, organizational culture good and good employe performance. While verification of environmental variables work tcount 1,213 < ttable 1,993 and significance 0,229 > 0,05 means it has but not significant effect on employee performance variables. While organizational culture variable tcount 14,332 > ttable 1,993 and significance 0,000 < 0,05 means it has an influence positive and significant to employee performance. Simultaneously variable work environment and organizational culture affect employee performance positive and significant, where Fcount 197,916 > Ftable 3,13, and significance 0,000 < 0,05. The total effect is 84,8%, while 15,2% of employee performance variables will be influenced by other variables that were not taken into account in the study.
