Abstract

Everyone has the ability to image. In fact, athletes as young as seven years of age have been shown to use imagery (Hall, Munroe-Chandler, Fishburne, & Hall, 2009). The following quotation demonstrates a professional athlete’s use of mental imagery during his pre-shot routine.
