The purpose of this chapter again, is to illustrate the value of practice based evidence (PBE) in taking evidence-based prevention programs to scale. To this point, the stated case is: given the wicked nature of child maltreatment and the complexity of the interactive systems of community-based prevention, collaborative partnerships are a precondition for successful efforts in the twenty-first century. What, then, should these partnerships be doing? Implementing, documenting, learning, and sharing. Collectively. As a feminist scholar, community psychologist, and utilization-focused evaluator, I support diverse forms of evidence and pluralistic processes of evidence production.
