Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technology, the traditional governance methods have shown some defects in the decision-making of major public crisis events, and the application of big data can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional methods. This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of big data in the application of public crisis management, analyzes the dual impact of big data on public crisis management, and analyzes the important role of big data in the future public crisis.
