It has been assumed that workplace financial education influences participants' financial situation in a positive way. Although few conclusive studies about the effects of workplace financial education exist, a number of studies documented positive impacts of workplace financial education on financial knowledge, financial behaviors, retirement saving, and financial well-being. After existing literature is reviewed, conclusions and suggestions for future research are presented. © 2008 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.
