Abstract

A thorough analysis of the protein interaction partners of the yeast GTPase Gsp1p was carried out by a multidimensional chromatography strategy of strong cation exchange fractionation of peptides followed by reverse phase LC-ESI-MSMS using a QSTAR instrument.
