The qualitative and quantitative data revealed aspects of the organization of content, readability, visual treatment, use of media resources, navigation, among others, which contributed to the generation of guidelines. The guidelines emphasize, above all, the sizing of content, explicit guidelines for navigation, emphasizing the use of audio features and relevance of the teaching strategies associated with the provision of hypermedia. These guidelines can be used as a reference for the future development of hypermedia in similar contexts.
