Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Pemilu Serentak Terhadap Budaya Politik

Abstract

AbstractThe legal issues that are the object of this study about political culture in addressing the 2019 simultaneous general elections. The purpose of this study is to find out how to conduct 2019 general elections from the point of view of women. This research method uses empirical legal research methods. The research respondents were 20 members of dasawisma. Data obtained from questionnaires and interviews using quantitative data analysis. The results showed that respondents had an interest in the simultaneous election process in 2019. Participant's political culture had developed due to several factors, namely social, educational, and election socialization. Estimation results can tolerate no more than 5%. A probability value of 0.0012 means that a simultaneous general election will be significantly affected by changes in the political culture of the community. Efforts to increase the simultaneous election increase of 1% will increase the increase in political culture by 8%. However, simultaneous elections must still be improved so that women's participation can still be high in the upcoming elections. Keywords: Culture; Politics; Elections                                                          AbstrakPermasalahan hukum yang menjadi objek penelitian ini tentang budaya politik dalam menyikapi pemilihan umum serantak 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efentivitas pelaksanaan pemilihan umum serentak 2019 dari sudut pandang perempuan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Responden penelitian adalah anggota dasawisma sebanyak 20 orang. Data diperoleh dari angket dan wawancara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah pendekatan konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki ketertarikan terhadap proses pemilu serentak 2019. Budaya politik partisipan sudah berkembang karena beberapa faktor, yaitu sosial, pendidikan, dan sosialisasi pemilu. Hasil estimasi mampu ditolerir kesalahannya tidak lebih dari 5%. Nilai probablitas 0,0012 berarti pelaksanaan pemilu umum serentak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan budaya politik masyarakat. Upaya peningkatan perbaikan pemilu serentak sebesar 1% akan mempengaruhi peningkatan budaya politik sebesar 8%. Walaupun begitu, pemilu serentak tetap harus diperbaiki sehingga partisipasi perempuan tetap bisa tinggi dalam pemilu yang akan datang.Kata kunci: budaya; politik; pemilihan umum
