Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa metode angket (kuisioner), data dianalisis menggunakan program sstatistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Hasil analisis data mendukung hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan berubah pada pegawai kantor DPRD Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil analisis data mendukung hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan berubah pada pegawai kantor DPRD Kabupaten Takalar. Dimana Lingkungan Kerja (X2) mempunyai hubungan positif atau searah. Sedangkan Hasil hipotesis menyebutkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah di kantor DPRD Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil analisis uji coefficient standardized beta diketahui diketahui nilai koefisien beta terstandarisasi (ß) variabel Budaya Organisasi lebih besar dari koefisien beta terstandarisasi variabel Lingkungan Kerja dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah.   This study used a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire), the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. The results of this study indicate that the results of data analysis support the research hypothesis which states that organizational culture has a positive influence on readiness for change in employees of the Takalar Regency DPRD office. The results of data analysis support the research hypothesis which states that the work environment has a positive influence on readiness for change in the Takalar Regency DPRD office employees. Where the Work Environment (X2) has a positive or unidirectional relationship. While the results of the hypothesis state that organizational culture has a dominant influence on readiness for change at the Takalar Regency DPRD office. The results of the analysis of the standardized beta coefficient test are known to know that the standardized beta coefficient (ß) of the Organizational Culture variable is greater than the standardized beta coefficient of the Work Environment variable. Thus, it can be said that the organizational culture variable has a dominant influence on readiness to change.
