Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease. Transverse myelitis (TM) is one of the rare neurological manifestations of SLE. Here, we present a case of SLE in which TM precede other symptoms and successfully treated by Rituximab.SLE‐associated myelitis needs more attention from the medical staff to this sign can lead to faster diagnosis and timely treatment of patients.
