Abstract

In order to optimize part machining service combination, an approach is proposed from the perspective of improving assembly fit quality. Difference between part tolerance and error is regarded as evaluation index. Simulated annealing is adopted to look for the best solution with little time consumption. An example shows that, the method benefits quality and efficiency of part machining service combination optimization remarkably. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2010.
