Abstract

A patient with Dupuytren 's diathesis experienced a prolonged sensory and motor block following epidural anaesthesia. It was postulated that this occurred secondary to fibrous changes within the epidural space. Copyright © 1994, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
