Abstract

The following article deals with the topic of interactive qualification and programming in industrial applications. Due to the constantly increasing demands on the employees of a company, it becomes necessary to support the employees with new tools for training and further education. The interactive human – machine – interface (HMI) EduBrain 4.0 offers the user an optimized further education option via a cloud-based information model and provides the user with application information. The first part of this thesis discusses the current possibilities and methods of personnel training and further education as well as the use of digital devices and tools in the field of automation technology, especially during troubleshooting. Furthermore, the advantages and effects of optimized further education are discussed. In the second part of this thesis the concept of the information model of HMI is presented. The third part shows the construction and technical development of a robot training factory in detail. The robot training factory is to serve as the basis for testing the HMI in a man-machine collaboration plant, further projects and experiments in the area of man-machine cooperation. All current techniques are combined here, so that the information model can be tested optimally and the distance increased.
