Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Permasalahan mengenai informasi gizi seimbang terjadi pada wilayah Sulawesi selatan di lingkungan KUA Biringkanaya, Masalah ini menyebabkan meningkatkan beberapa catin perempuan yang mengalami resiko KEK (kekurangan energi kronis, anemia, atau obesitas/overweight) sehingga calon pengantin wanita perlu mengetahui informasi persiapan gizi dan kesehatan reproduksi selama perionde konsepsi. Dalam rangka mengantisipasi permasalahan yang akan terjadi saat kehamilan atau menjelang kehamilan. Upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan ibu harus dilaksanakan secara komprehensif dimulai dari sebelum masa prakonsepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi edukasi gizi dan kesehatan reproduksi melalui penyuluhan dengan media leaflet terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap calon pengantin wanita sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi gizi dan kesehatan reproduksi di wilayah KUA Biringkanaya. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan one group pretest -posttest. Dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni - Juli 2020 di Makassar, dengan  jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang calon pengantin yang berada di wilayah KUA Biringkanaya melalui purposive sampling. Data pengetahuan dan sikap dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh terhadap  pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dengan  nilai p-value yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan edukasi gizi dan kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap calon pengantin wanita. Kesimpulan: salah satu media yaitu leaflet dapat digunakan untuk memberikan informasi yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap calon pengantin wanita terhadap informasi gizi seimbang. Nutrition Education and Reproductive Health Intervention to Knowledge and Attitudes of Prospective Brides Abstract Background: Problems regarding balanced nutrition information occur in the South Sulawesi region in the KUA Biringkanaya environment. This problem causes an increase in several brides who are at risk of CED (chronic energy deficiency, anemia, or obesity/overweight) so that prospective brides need to know information on nutritional preparation and reproductive health during the conception period. In order to anticipate problems that will occur during pregnancy or before pregnancy. Efforts to improve maternal health status must be carried out in a comprehensive manner starting from before the preconception period. This study aimed to identify the effect of nutrition education and reproductive health interventions through outreach using leaflet media to increased the knowledge and attitudes of prospective brides before and after being given nutrition and reproductive health education in the Religious Affairs Office Biringkanaya area. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. It was held in June - July 2020 in Makassar, with a total sample of 30 prospective brides who were in the KUA Biringkanaya area through purposive sampling. Knowledge and attitude data were collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained was then processed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed that there was an influence on knowledge and attitudes before and after the intervention with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there was a significant influence on nutrition and reproductive health education on the knowledge and attitudes of prospective brides. Conclusion: Leaflets media can be used to provide information that can increase the knowledge and attitude of the bride and groom towards balanced nutrition information.
