Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how big the influence of emotional intelligence and description of motivation on teacher performance as a whole, either partially or simultaneously in early childhood in Malang Regency. Data collection strategies were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The evaluation of facts used is descriptive statistical evaluation, inferential statistical evaluation, and evaluation of more than one linear regression using the SPSS model 21 calculation application. These results confirm the strength of emotional intelligence and description of motivation on the overall performance of trainers partially and simultaneously at ECTP Malang Regency.. Emotional intelligence has a more significant influence than work motivation on performance at ECTP Malang Regency. Research on emotional intelligence, work motivation, and teacher performance has contributed to the institutional development and management of education in improving the quality of ECTP.
