Increasingly companies are going beyond their national borders in the search for a differentiated market. However, a successful internationalization depends basically on the skills of choosing and integrating external targets and manage an external environment unfamiliar, and it is in this new context that the need to use individual knowledge to develop Organizational Learning. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the Organizational Learning (AO) generated from the acquisition of a Brazilian manufacturer of electrical equipment, a European multinational. To achieve this goal, we conducted interviews with some members who participated in this process through a set of interviews whose answers we conducted a content analysis. The results indicate that there has been improvement and maintenance of knowledge resulting from learning management practices between the two companies. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
