Abstract

This article presents the initiative carried out in an infant school in Cantabria (Spain) in order to promote school improvement through the student voice. On this experience, the school's garden, conceived as other element of its educational project, becomes the element from which a research process begins in which teachers, students and researchers give rise to a collaborative research. This research is framed in the tradition of participatoryqualitative research, which seeks the transformation of reality from the democratic conception of the processes of inquiry and the shared construction of knowledge.
