Abstract

The sickle cell anemia is a frecuent entity in the Pacific Colombian coast. It has been made a revision of this pathology in the pregnancy, demonstrating it with a clinical case and showing that if it's done a quick diagnosis and treatment, it diminishes the maternal and fetal morbimortality.
