Abstract

This chapter summarizes the problems and solutions of dehumanization of warfare. As will be shown, legal aspects are only part of a wider array of problems, especially technical and ethical questions. However, existing law is generally well suited to regulate the conduct of sophisticated weaponry. Adjustments are needed in some parts of the law.
