Abstract

It is already established that there is a positive relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation and business performance of the organization. However, relatively less has been found regarding the antecedents of the entrepreneurial orientation such as organizational learning mechanisms and its impact on the level of EO within the organization. An extensive literature is performed within the paper, gaps within the field are identified, and guidelines for the further research are outlined.
