The above quote by Albert Schweitzer was the closest succinct way to encapsulate what I am hoping is the message of this chapter. I was more than humbled when I was approached to contribute something to this fabulous idea for a book, as I feel all that has been accomplished in my life can be attributed to traits I have learned from one or more persons I have had the privilege of meeting and working with. There are too many people who have impacted my life in some way to ever do justice to recognizing them all. What I hope to accomplish here is to layout some of the key lessons learned along the way.
