Abstract

This essay introduce a wireless mesh network is a distribution network of mesh topology, in which the communications between nodes rely on mutual collaboration in wireless mufti-hop manner to provide wireless access service for users, extend the coverage of wireless access networks and reduce the deployment cost. Analyze hidden terminal, mixed distribution of different transmission rate terminals and overlap way between had been coverage districts are major factors of effect system throughput. In multi-cell wireless mesh network based on WLAN, the core of network planning is MR placement and channel configuration. Consider maximizing system throughput and fairness of resource allocation, so put out objective function and system optimization Method of wireless mesh network based on WLAN. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
