Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Penelitian Ternak Unggul dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BPTU-HPT) Indrapuri, Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 45 hari dimulai pada tanggal 12 Oktober sampai dengan tanggal 25 Novembeer 2018. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 ekor sapi Aceh jantan dengan umur berkisar 1,5 - 2,0 tahun dan berat badan berkisar 150 – 175 kg yang diperoleh dari Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul dan Hijauan Pakan ternak (BPTU-HPT) Indrapuri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi terhadap besar konsumsi dan koefisien cerna protein kasar dan koefisien cerna serat kasar sapi aceh jantan dengan pemberian imbangan konsentrat dan hijauan. Konsentrat yang diberikan adalah konsentrat komersial (Big Geny) produksi PT. Cargill, dan hijauan yang diberikan adalah rumput gajah umur 30-35 hari menjelang berbunga yang diperoleh dari BPTU-HPT Indrapuri. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Data yang diperoleh seperti konsumsi ransum, koefisien cerna protein kasar dan koefisien cerna serat kasar  selanjutnya akan diolah menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap, jika didapatkan hasil yang berbeda maka akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Perlakuan A yaitu 100% Rumput gajah,  B 20% konsentrat dan 80% Rumput gajah, C yaitu 40% Konsentrat 60% Rumput gajah dan D yaitu 60% Konsentrat 40% Rumput gajah. Parameter yang diamati adalah : konsumsi ransum, koefisien cerna protein kasar, koefisien cerna serat kasar dan hubungan regresi koefisien cerna protein kasar dengan koefisien cerna serat kasar. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian imbangan antara konsentrat dan hijauan pada sapi aceh jantan berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi ransum, koefisien cerna protein kasar dan koefisien cerna serat kasar. Berdasarkan rataan tiap perlakuan bisa disimpulkan perlakuan pemberian 40% konsentrat yang menjadi rataan tertinggi di tiap perlakuan. Berdasarkan nilai regresi linier nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa KCSK berkorelasi sangat tinggi terhadap KCPK.Analysis of Consumption and Digestion Coefficient of Crude Protein and Crude Fiber of Acehnese Bulls Given Different Ratio of Concentrate and Forage in BPTU – HPT IndrapuriAbstract. The research was located at Research Institute for Animal Husbandry and Forage (BPTU-HPT), Indrapuri, Aceh Besar. It was conducted for 45 days starting from 12 October until 25 November 2018. The material used in this study were 12  Acehnese Bulls, with body weight 150 to 175 kg and 1,5 – 2,0 years old, were used in this research. The bulls were obtained from Research Institute for Animal Husbandry and Forage (BPTU-HPT), Indrapuri. This research aimed to obtain information on the amount of consumption and digestibility coefficient of crude protein and crude fiber of acehnese bulls by giving different concentrate and forage ratio. The concentrate used was commercial concentrate (Big Geny) produced by PT. Cargill, and it was also given elephant grass aged from 30 to 35 days before flowering as the forage. The grass was obtained from BPTU-HPT Indrapuri. The data obtained such as feed consumption, crude protein digestion coefficient and crude fiber digestion coefficient, would be processed by using a completely random design. If it showed different results, it would be continued by using Duncan test. The treatment were 100% of elephant grass (A), 20% concentrate and 80% elephant grass (B), 40% concentrate and 60% elephant grass (C), and 60% concentrate and 40% elephant grass (D). The parameters observed were: ration consumption, crude protein digestion coefficient, crude fiber digestion coefficient and regression relation of crude protein digestion coefficient with crude fiber digestion coefficient. Based on the average of each treatment, it can be concluded that the treatment gives 40% concentrate which is the highest average in each treatment. Based on the linear regression value of significance value of 0,000 0.05, it can be concluded that KCSK has an effect on KCPK.
