Abstract

Conclusion: The Orthopilot TM is the reference kinematic model for computer-assisted Total knee replacement. For almost 10 years, its software has been regularly improved to achieve a remarkable level of reliability in any hand. It is particularly well adapted to minimally invasive surgery since it is not useful to broadly open the knee to locate its center in a reliable and reproducible way. © 2007 Springer Medizin Verlag Heidelberg.
