Abstract

To review the neuroimaging in PTSD and its relationship with other stress disorders, in this chapter, the author mainly refers to the neuroimaging studies in other stress disorders such as panic disorder (PD), social anxiety disorder (social phobia: SAD), specific phobia (SP), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), and major depressive disorder (MDD). This chapter will give the particulars of putative neuroanatomical models of these six stress disorders based on neuroimaging techniques such as mainly magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and functional MRI (fMRI), respectively.
