Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to improve the scientificity of operators’ work by analyzing their dynamic and static work performance and how the performance changes through a research on shoulder-mounted equipment operators to measure and compare the operators’ work performance at a different time and after a different distance of movement. Based on the Training Achievement Evaluating System, point out the difference of dynamic and static work performance after analyzing the score in a different time. Present the correlations obtained by comparing the performance changes in varied conditions. In this way, find out a method to improve the training of shoulder-mounted portable equipment operators.
