The advancement in technology has paved way for four substantial Industrial Revolutions. The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) guided to the development of smart systems that operate independent using Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Wireless Industrial communications, Artificial Intelligence (AI), smart neural networking and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The Industry 4.0 led to increase in efficiency, rate of work, fast transmission of data, remote accessibility and smart digital expert systems. The growth in technology brings hand in hand the assets and liabilities, similarly the 4IR posted threat to privacy, accountability and digital rights. The transfiguring technology has edged to functioning of modern commercial society. The proposed work is based on the use of reliable Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for Industrial innovations and processes. Advancement in wireless industrial communications has led to development of controllers with wireless connectivity in industrial sector. One of the important features of IoT is that data transmitted can be uploaded to digital virtual memory banks called Cloud severs, using a secure sever connection. This work primarily focuses on the Speed control of AC industrial motors using Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), by varying the Frequency and Voltage supplied to motor. The system was built and implemented on taking cautionary measures to prevent any possibility of injury or accident..
