Abstract

Looking tired is reason enough for many 35-45-yearolds to ask a plastic surgeon for prophylactic rejuvenation. They want to achieve good and long-lasting effects with harmonious features, small scars, and - as they are still very active in their professional and private lives - a quick recovery is very important for them. We have developed a modification of the shortscar facelift with solid deep support. We call it the MIDI facelift. MIDI stands for Minimal-Invasive, Deep-Intensive. © Springer-Verlag 2007.
