Instruments research using questionnaires and observation guidelines. Data analysis was performed by using univariate and bivariate test of T-dependent. The results showed no effect after given with standard of nursing care and TAK stimulus perceptions of the ability to control hallucinations. The average value of a client to control the hallucinations before given with the nursing care standard and TAK stimulus perceptions is 2.42 and after being given the nursing care standard and therapeutic activity of stimulus perception is 19.00 with P-values 0.009. This study shows that the nursing care standard and TAK stimulus perception can increase the client's ability to control hallucinations, therefore psychiatric hospital nurses could improve the implementation and application of nursing care standard and TAK stimulus perceptions in the patient with hallucination.
