TeV gamma-ray emission has been recently observed from the direction of open clusters containing many massive stars and dense concentrations of matter. We consider the high energy processes occurring within the massive binary systems, and also within their environment, in order to find out whether gamma-rays from hadronic processes might be detectable from such open clusters by the present and future Cherenkov telescopes. We also estimate the accompanying neutrino fluxes which are confronted with the sensitivity of IceCube.
