Abstract

The promotion of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in particular has been a key concern of the Lisbon Treaty of the European Union, which has been reinforced in the context of the succeeding program ET 2020 outlining a path for the next decade. The exact wording calls for the ``promotion of innovation and creativity -- including entrepreneurial spirit -- on all levels'' (ET 2020, translation by the authors).
